Team Update July 8, 2026
Hyvara AI — Team Update · June 23 → July 8, 2026

The story went
public this stretch.

Since the June 23 strategy day, the work moved out of the war room and onto the internet. Kevin's new book Get to "No" Quickly is live on Amazon and now headlines the homepage. Hyvara.ai relaunched as The Hyvara Network with eight role-specific Hive pages. Google Ads conversion tracking is live across the whole site — we can now measure who's raising their hand. And on the product side, the AE handoff bridge is fixed end to end with v0.8 in build.

The Book

"Get to No Quickly" is out

Kevin's newest title in the SE Worklife universe shipped and is live on Amazon. It's now featured on the hyvara.ai homepage, right below the podcast sections, with the square cover and a direct buy link.

New Release · From the SE Worklife Author
Get to "No" Quickly
Everything Starts With a Conversation. The book on the qualifying conversation — why the fastest path to a great deal runs straight through an honest "no," and how the best sellers get there without wasting anyone's time. It's the same thesis the product is built on: get to truth faster. The homepage promo card and cover art are live now.

Ad Campaign · Growth Infrastructure

We can now measure the "raise your hand" moment

Google Ads conversion tracking is live across all 14 tagged pages of hyvara.ai. This is the first piece of paid-acquisition measurement infrastructure — the groundwork for the self-serve launch (Stripe, Google Ads, LinkedIn) on the Q3 list.

Conversion · Contact
"Contact" conversion firing on click
Every "email Kevin" link on the site now fires a Google Ads conversion the moment a prospect clicks it — no form or thank-you page required. Nine pages have the contact link wired; the tag is loaded on all fourteen.
Tag · Live
Tag ID AW-18260884716
The Google Ads tag sits right after the existing Analytics tag in every page head. Next step is confirming it fires in Tag Assistant and that the Ads account records the click as a conversion.
What it unlocks
Attribution for paid spend
Once we point Google Ads at these pages, we'll know which campaigns, keywords, and creatives actually drive contact — instead of guessing. This is the meter that makes paid acquisition accountable.
The Website

Hyvara.ai is now "The Hyvara Network"

The public site reframed around the full Buy-and-Own cycle, with a dedicated Hive landing page for each role in the loop. Every one is a purpose-built entry point — not one homepage trying to speak to everyone.

Presales
SE Hive & SEAC Hive
AI for Solutions Engineers, plus the "Solutions Engineering Amplified" (S.E.A.C.) entry point tied to the Field Guide.
Sales
AE Hive & Back to Sales
Account Executive intelligence and the cross-sell / upsell "Back to Sales" motion for the expansion stage.
Post-sale
CSM & Implementation Hive
Customer Success intelligence and handoff intelligence for implementation — keeping revenue flowing after signature.
Network
SME Hive & DCN
The enterprise expertise marketplace and the Deal Collaboration Network for co-sell intelligence.
Product Conversations

The AE handoff bridge is fixed — now make it a briefing

Session 15 closed the blockers that were quietly breaking every handoff. Kevin and Jon then worked the Kyle Chau debrief to set direction for what the AE experience should become.

Session 15 — Handoff Bridge, fixed & forwarding
The critical qualify.hyvara.ai ghost is dead: every handoff email had been linking AEs to a retired domain because APP_BASE in team.functions.ts was never updated to sdrhive.hyvara.ai — now patched, all new sends resolve. The token page spin (an auth-gated import in the wrong place) is fixed, and handoff-card navigation now works past the Recall/Delete buttons. The bridge is functional end to end for new sends. The account-name gate is in flight.

Kyle Chau debrief — the direction it set
Kevin and Jon ran the Kyle Chau qualification debrief as the test case for the whole Session 14 handoff flow. The takeaway: the handoff currently reads like a report; it needs to read like a briefing. Direction now set for the AE Hive top-of-funnel — a welcome moment and a full queue view on first token click, instead of dropping the AE cold into a single analysis. Scoped as a v0.7 / Session 16+ build, after the plumbing is solid.

Deal Track & What's Building

Deal Track PRD locked · v0.8 in the queue

The June 23 strategy day locked the Deal Track spec; the build focus now is v0.8. Here's where each stands.

Locked · PRD
Deal Track is a DCN module
Not a standalone product. GTM headline is locked: "Match.com for enterprise co-selling, plus the Domino's tracker so everyone knows who did what to close the deal." Includes the David Maloof certification flywheel with Presales Advisory Group + SolutionExec.
Building · v0.8
Gap-fill · Multi-call · Managed digest
Post-call gap-fill dialogue (turn the report card into a coaching moment), multiple active call sheets for team use, and a manager-side digest — the feature that justifies the team pricing tier. Prompt written and validated in Claude first, never experimented in Lovable.

Adobe & GTM · Outreach Status

The mid-July trigger is now

The two-track Adobe strategy hinges on Kyle Chau's introductions. Sarah Lacey is back from sabbatical mid-July — that window is live as of this week. Status on the warm threads opened around June 23:

Sarah Lacey (Adobe — owns the Hub) — intro trigger is live
Data-driven executive who runs Adobe's partner portal. Kyle Chau is her de facto technical decision point and has committed to the intro on her return from sabbatical — mid-July. Lead framing: Adobe cut partner alliance managers, and DCN is the digital replacement — behavioral tracking at scale where the old role worked manually with no data. Pitch what she can see and act on, not features.
Trigger now
Mike Neumann — Adobe Senior Director. Champion DCN as his final initiative before retiring Dec 31, and consider joining Hyvara after. Six-month window.
Adobe pilot
Zak Kokosa — Salesforce Ventures. Reconnect narrative sent after the Nov 2025 SME Hive conversation. Awaiting response.
Investor
Scott Ziegler — Adobe AVP, Content Supply Chain. Warm intro via Ensemble into a $1B+ business unit. Awaiting response.
Adobe outreach
Tony Sanders — Adobe intel. Held Sarah's role before her, now retired — no employee filter. Validate the internal read before the Sarah/Alison approach.
