Two documents out the door

The primary output of the day. Both written in Kevin's voice, structured for co-founder and investor audiences.

Outreach Sent Today

Three conversations activated

All three are warm relationships. All three are awaiting response.

Zak Kokosa — Salesforce Ventures
Email sent. Principal at Salesforce Ventures. Reconnect after November 2025 SME Hive conversation. Reconnect document attached. The narrative covers the full journey — dual-brain breakthrough, DCN, SDR Hive, the handoff cascade problem. Awaiting response.

Mike Neumann — Adobe Senior Director
Text sent. Mike is back in Ottawa. The ask is direct: champion DCN as his final initiative before retiring December 31, and consider joining Hyvara after. Call target this week — Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or weekend. Mike retires end of year. The window is 6 months.
Sent
Scott Ziegler — Adobe AVP, Content Supply Chain
Outreach made. Scott is the Partner GTM Lead for Adobe's $1B+ Content Supply Chain business unit. Warm contact via Ensemble. Awaiting response.

Key Decisions Locked Today

Six things we won't revisit

These came out of the PRD work and the Kyle Chau debrief synthesis. All locked for the co-founder team.

Deal Track is a DCN module, not a standalone product. Deal Track without the DCN match is just another registration form — Magentrix with better timestamps. DCN without Deal Track has no stickiness after the first introduction. Together they create a flywheel nothing else can replicate.
Locked
The GTM headline is Match.com + Domino's. "We built Match.com for enterprise co-selling. Once you find your partner, we built the Domino's tracker so everyone knows exactly who did what to close the deal." This is the line for investors, partners, and Adobe.
David Maloof certification flywheel is real. DCN needs trust scores grounded in verified competency. David needs a credentialing vehicle for ICs through SolutionExec. Partners need verified SEs to win registrations. Three-way flywheel — DCN Partner SE Verification Program to be co-developed with Presales Advisory Group and SolutionExec.
Adobe GTM has two parallel tracks. Track 1: Sarah Lacey entry point via Kyle Chau mid-July — partner hub, behavioral data, executive dashboard. Track 2: Mike Neumann sales floor pilot — two regions, ~12 AEs, 4–5 partners, pilot agreement by September. Keep tracks completely separate.
Prime / co-prime hierarchy: build brand side first. Partner side mirrors automatically. Unlocks the consolidation signal — if Ensemble is already working 3 of 5 co-primes on Nike, the prime AE sees it and consolidates. Contained build. High leverage.
Tony Sanders call next week — validate Adobe read before walking in. Tony held Sarah's role before her. Retired 3–6 months ago. No current-employee filter on what he'll say. Ask: "If you had godlike visibility into relationship flow and decision criteria — what would you want?" Frame for the executive dashboard Kevin and Jon will design.
Tomorrow's Build Target

v0.8 — Gamification, Multi-call, Managed Digest

No coding today. That was intentional — the strategic narrative needed to land first. Tomorrow the v0.8 prompt gets written and validated in Claude before going to Jon. Never experiment in Lovable.

v0.8 · Gamification
Post-call gap-fill dialogue
Colin's core feedback — the tool feels like a report card. The SDR submits, gets a verdict, moves on. The fix is interactive post-call Q&A: the system asks the SDR targeted questions about gaps, the SDR fills them in, the score updates. Coaching moment, not report card.
v0.8 · Multi-call
Multiple active call sheets
Manage multiple active call sheets simultaneously — not just one call at a time. Foundational for team SDR use cases. Required before any enterprise team can actually use the platform at volume.
v0.8 · Managed Digest
Manager-side digest view
The HQ digest that surfaces team activity, coaching signals, and SDR performance patterns at a glance. Turns SDR Hive from an individual coaching tool into a team management platform. The thing that justifies the team pricing tier.
"Compensation dictates behavior. If the leaderboard shows that handoff rate drives their rank, SDRs will optimize for handoff quality. You don't have to tell them — the board tells them."
David Maloof — PreSales Advisory Group · Session 9 · Behavioral design thesis behind v0.8
